We review eligible returns for both non-defective and defective new items, and customers may request an exchange.
When to contact us
Submit the request no later than 30 days after the delivery date. For a change of preference or an incorrect option, the item must remain new, unused and in original condition. Defects, damage, a wrong product, missing components or a substantial listing mismatch can also be raised.
Review comes before shipment
Start with an email to aisyaxphersi@gmail.com. Provide the order number, checkout email and explanation, plus visual evidence when a product issue is involved. Wait for approval and the correct return address. A free prepaid label is supplied inside the package for an eligible mailed return. Contact us if it was not enclosed or is lost. We do not impose a restocking fee.
Available outcomes
Replacement or exchange depends on the review and inventory. Once a refund receives approval, we process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank or issuer may post it later. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are unaffected.
